Our brains need challenges to keep them stimulated. Scientific facts state that the older we get, the more our brains need to be stimulated to think.
So, instead of slowing ourselves down, we should try something new, go to a new place, learn something new to challenge our beliefs about the world out there and about ourselves.
Before I became a tour leader I was afraid to try something new

At first it was difficult and dizzying.
But over time I started to feel confident and learned many things.
Besides being able to see foreign countries and explore the culture of other people’s lives in the world.
Indirectly, I was also able to learn to communicate, learn to hold responsibility and learn not to be afraid to accept change.
Alhamdulillah so far I have managed to take several trips to Korea and China.
Likewise, before I became a wedding cameraman and writer , I was scared and insecure.
But after trying and going through it, only then did I know myself and the potential within me.
Now I believe to move forward there needs to be a change and get out of our comfort zone
The latest one, I deliberately asked to be Sale Leads assigned to the interior of Sabah .
Surely something interesting will be waiting while I’m there. lol
The important thing is that we have to dare to take on the challenge and open our chests. God willing, self-confidence and other skills will come naturally.
This is what will enrich our lives & increase the maturity of our minds.
If a friend invites you to do something, accept their invitation. Do not be afraid, even if we feel uncomfortable. Challenge yourself.
Change is good. Change is necessary in order to move forward.
